The Common Inspeector ....on the Street
Literally many of these can be posted daily but I don't have the time. The point is these are common inspectors on the street. They took the class, they passed the test, they got a occupational license and they don't know crap. Sales loves them as its obvious they don't know how to inspect. They end up on Facebook asking for help from the same audience. These are your home inspectors. A license is not a qualification. A license can simply legalize incompetence.

08.06.2019 All builders like the cosmetic inspectors. They don't look for structure, roofing, electrical, machanical or plumbing. They don't cause the builder trouble.They do know how to market and get paid.
