Inspection Audits

Inspection audits and second opinion inspections are fairly similar but different. Our technique is fairly straightforward and follows the same statewide inspection standards and format for resale homes even though we are not required to.

Under each sub-section we will:

1. Identify the sub-section

2. Copy/paste the requirements of the sub-section.

3. Copy/paste any comments, if any.

4. Add our observation and opinion with documentation sections from the state standard, code or standard.

Second Opinion Inspections

Second Opinion Inspections are commonly formatted for expertise. They are more comprehensive and we will follow the statewide inspection standard. Photo documentation is added as needed. Our inspection and format is designed to save time and offer a different perpective.

Regardless, we will determine the method used.
